All our emotions are beautiful, and we honor ourselves by feeling them, letting them pass, and bringing ourselves back to a regulated emotional place. Children will build a foundation in identifying their emotions, learn the four zones of regulation, and several methods for self-regulation. They'll also make slime or a kid-safe face mask (oats & honey) that they'll be able to incorporate into their regulation toolkit as part of their Self Care strategy.
Children will walk away with regulation tools for whenever they are feeling a multitude of new and different emotions, helpful language that will enable them to identify and express their emotions, and a Self Care Plan for processing their own emotions. 🌈
Gather a group of friends to turn up the fun, and the price goes down for everyone.
