Teacher Jon has customized an adventure in fitness for kids who are interested in board sports (skateboarding, snowboarding, wakeboarding... you get the drift!). Children will be immersed in sports, games, and fun drills with an emphasis on stability and sport board courses that will strengthen their skills on the half pipe. This Experience has kids practicing proper form, focusing on the breath, learning how to build endurance, and having tons of fun. A certified trainer with years of experience leading kids' physical fitness activities in a wide array of sports, Jon will guide and teach kids about movement, muscles, where your body's power comes from, safety, and enjoying exercise from an early age!
