Design Your Own Music Festival!

A musical and creative experience for your Flower Child, this Experience has all the festival vibes and creates a space for kids to explore their own big ideas about what a music festival can be! Think: the movie "Sing," in your living room!

Beginning with the talent, children will compose or learn a song that sets the tone for the entire production. Once they find their musical point of view, kids will determine their "artist name," and design a poster for the upcoming concert. For inspiration, Jairo will share examples of real concert posters that were designed for his bands that have performed across Denver and toured nationally!

Now, it's showtime! This is the really fun part when kids will showcase their posters and perform live for an audience. Bravo! 👏👏👏

About Jairo

Artist, Musician, and Educator

A lifelong skateboarder, multi-instrumentalist musician, singer, and visual artist, Jairo's Experiences are an incredibly creative space within which children can unleash their wildest dreams and ideas. With a Masters degree in Educational Psychology and over 8 years of experience working with children and art, Jairo draws out and celebrates the uniqueness of every student he works with — whether the Experience is skateboarding, music, art, Spanish language, or a mix of all of the above!

Jairo is a native Spanish speaker and taught 6th grade Spanish at Stanley British Primary School for 7 years, and 3rd-8th grade art there for 3 years.

Jairo is vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19.
