Kickboxing is a stand-up combat sport based on kicking and punching. The term "kickboxing" originated in Japan, and the sport developed from Karate mixed with boxing, Taekwondo, Muay Thai, and other Asian martial art forms. Historically, kickboxing has been considered a hybrid martial art that combines the elements of various traditional styles.
This martial arts and kickboxing Experience or Series will effectively teach your child the basics of kickboxing including movement, punches and kicks, when to use which moves, and the beginnings of combinations including how and why they're sequenced in a particular way.
To participate in a 6-week series, please acquire the following equipment for your child: shin pads, gloves.
