Delicious cupcakes are topped with fun and colorful animal fondant faces, where kids will learn cake decorating techniques from a professional chef. They'll have fun creating beautifully delicious animals using a variety or fondant cutouts, tips and tricks used by pastry chefs to bring wondrous desserts to life. For ages 7-12, and groups of 3+.

Trang is an experienced baker, cake artist, and currently works as a pastry chef in a Michelin star kitchen. She has many years of experience tutoring and teaching children and young adults, including courses offered at the Mill Valley Rec Center. A dedicated artist, Trang is passionate about sharing her skills and love for baking and creating with kids.
