This game-filled experience for kids of all ages will help children develop situational awareness of the people and physical world around them, greater control of their bodies, mind-body connection, and the ability to self-regulate; that is, to move from excitement/activity into calm/focus. Chock-full of games, kids will rotate through classics like Red Light Green Light, dodgeball games, foam noodle “battles," Soccer, Tee-ball, Tag, Capture the Flag, Hide and Seek, Duck Duck Goose, Eye Spy, and Tug of War. Integrated within play, Jackson will introduce them to several mindful meditations and breathing practices. This experience is sure to tucker kids, while also centering them 🧘
When booked as a multi-week series, Jackson will deep-dive each week into a specific game or sport, while also balancing the 2-hours with a mix of games, mindfulness, technique, and free play.
