At Visual Arts Camp, kids will dive into the world of art, crafts, painting, making, and learning about famous artists. Campers will gain instruction in a variety of techniques and explore mixed-media while making several different types of projects. They'll also develop new skills in depicting form and their own ideas that will enable them to push their artistic bounds, as well as that of their imaginations. It's sure to be an unforgettable week of artful experiences for kids and their friends exploring their creative sides, and expressing themselves in new ways!

About Taima

Artist

Taima is an artist and passionate teacher of students of all ages. She has a bachelors degree in Art History, and is currently pursuing her MFA in Fine Arts. Taima volunteers working with individuals transitioning out of prison, providing art education designed to heal trauma through visual art making, and has extensive experience babysitting children. She also has a background in music and vocals, print making, and drawing.

Taima is vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19.
