Introduce your child to a calm mind through a wellness and meditation series designed especially for kids. This unique program combines fun and creativity with the importance of practice, while also honoring children's movements and play. Kids will learn self-regulating techniques, the basics of breath work, and walking and guided meditations (short ones!). They'll also learn about mandalas, circular patterns that represent wholeness and balance, often used as a tool for meditation. Your child will have the opportunity to design and color their own unique mandala, allowing them to express themselves and tap into their creativity, too.
