Zen Den: Play and Mindfulness

The Zen Den is a fun, playful Experience that incorporates mindfulness, meditation, and gratitude into guided exercises and games for kids. Not necessarily a quiet or stoic Experience but one that will introduce children to ways they can quiet their minds — and at times get a little silly! — kids will connect with language, their inner animals, self-expression, and creativity throughout. A light, warmup kicks things off with dancing, stories, and ice breaker games to bring children fully into the present moment. Kids will giggle and delight in exploring their breath, ballooning up their bellies, and mimicking all kinds of animals to fully exhale. More dancing, mindful walking, exploring the natural surroundings, and finally ending with a gratitude circle is the full circle moment of this practice with Quiggy.
