They'll discover the power of the pen and the camera, learning how to craft interesting articles, snap compelling photographs, and bring it all together with eye-catching layouts. As students create their very own newspaper, they'll develop a keen sense of curiosity, hone their communication skills, and express their unique perspectives on the world around them. Writing and Communications Educator
David is a dedicated educator with a rich background in writing and communication, committed to bringing creativity and enthusiasm to the classroom. As the founder of Inkflow Communications, he has a wealth of experience in marketing communications, particularly for social-impact organizations. From 2005 to 2017, David served as the marketing communications lead at Positive Coaching Alliance, where he developed a deep understanding of youth development through sports. His experience as a curriculum writer and teacher for diverse organizations like Citizen Schools and Boys & Girls Clubs of the Peninsula enriches his teaching approach, fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment. Beyond academics, David enjoys family time and playing pick-up basketball, infusing a warm, energetic spirit into everything he does.
