🚀 Calling all curious minds! In this dynamic series, students will embark on an exciting journey into the world of engineering and design. They'll become young architects and innovators as they construct incredible creations using low-cost materials. Through hands-on activities, kids will engage in building and designing processes, learning to solve problems and think outside the box. Whether constructing bridges, towers, or other structures, children will collaborate in teams, experiencing the thrill of engineering in real-world applications. It's a wonderful way for them to enhance their problem-solving skills while having a blast in an interactive and creative environment! 🌟

Parking Instructions

There is street parking (2hr and 4hr) nearby.

Arrival Instructions

Upon arrival on the first day, please check in with security and let them know you're there to see Nicole Lane in AEP. Nicole will meet you, show you the space, and then take you to the AEP room. The students will be lined up and ready to walk with you to the classroom.

Departure Instructions

At the end of the class, line up the students and walk them back to the AEP room.

About Loren

Bilingual Educator & Aspiring Biomedical Engineer
Loren is a passionate educator dedicated to inspiring young minds through her diverse teaching experiences and interests. A native Spanish speaker and biomedical engineering student, she has spent six years nurturing children as a teacher's assistant, summer camp leader, tutor, and babysitter. Loren brings expertise in teaching Spanish, reading, writing, math, science, and chess across both Honduras and the United States. Her love for astronomy, art, and history enriches her teaching, making learning an exciting adventure. In her free time, Loren enjoys playing chess, swimming, boxing, exploring poetry, and visiting museums.
