The class went really well today! The children were engaged from start to finish—greeting each other with “Hola!”, learning primary colors in both English and Spanish, and enjoying the book Press the Button. The group activities (fingerprint color mixing and math building with colorful rocks/sticks) kept them curious and active. I was happy to see their excitement when sharing the new colors they created—lots of smiles and participation.
Children gathered on the carpet for a read-aloud of the book Press the Button. Afterwards, we rotated into two groups: Group 1: Worked on a fingerprint art activity, mixing primary colors to explore new color patterns. Group 2: Engaged in math-based building play, using colorful rocks and sticks to sort, count, and create. We switched between table work and circle time on the carpet, giving children space to share and celebrate their color mixing results. The kids were engaged, curious, and excited to see how colors change when mixed.

As a teacher, I felt the class went very well—children were engaged, curious, and excited to explore colors. It was rewarding to see their joy in mixing colors and proudly sharing their work.
Today we greeted everyone with “Hola!” and learned names. We introduced primary colors in English and Spanish, read Press the Button, and then rotated groups: one did fingerprint color mixing, the other built with colorful rocks and sticks. We wrapped up on the carpet sharing results—kids loved seeing the new colors they created!

As the teacher, I guided the children through a fun and creative class where we practiced listening and following steps. We created binoculars together, encouraging fine motor skills and imagination. Then, we decorated butterflies using colorful tissue paper. The kids were very engaged and excited, especially when they got to take their binoculars outside to explore nature after class. It was a joyful and hands-on learning experience for everyone!
Today in Animal Art class, we made our own binoculars and decorated colorful butterflies with tissue paper. After class, the children took their binoculars outside to explore the outdoors with lots of excitement!
