🍰 Whisk, measure, and bake—oh my! In this scrumptious Basic Baking Series, kids will step into a world full of delicious delights. They’ll discover the magic of transforming simple ingredients into tasty creations like mini waffles, pizza toast, cookies, baked potatoes, and stuffed croissants. With kitchen skills in hand, children will explore the wonders of measuring and preparing these goodies, turning everyday cooking into adventurous learning. Watch their confidence rise like dough as they blend, mix, and bake scrumptious treats, all while making joyful memories and savoring each exciting bite! 🥐🍪

Street parking is available on both sides of the street.

Arrival Instructions

Please enter on Naylor and Prague, which is located by the school’s cafeteria. One of the afterschool staff will let you in and walk to your room. 

Departure Instructions

If any students get picked up while the experience is still ongoing, one of the school staff will call the child down. The school staff that is with you will be the one to walk the child down.

About Chigusa

Artist, Jeweler, Athlete and Multi-Disciplinary Teacher
Chigusa loves working with kids, has worked as a children's art teacher for 5 years, and has many passions to share! Among them are jewelry-making, key-chain-making, Sumi Calligraphy, painting, gardening, Japanese language and culture, making sushi, and learning about animals and the outdoors.

Teacher Chigusa is also a talented athlete, particularly in swimming which she's coached for many years. As a student, she was also a member of the competitive basketball and Kendo (Japanese martial arts) teams.

Chigusa is vaccinated against COVID-19, CPR, AED and First Aid certified.
