Parking:
Parking is available in our campus parking lot, any unmarked spot is available to your facilitator. Facilitators may also park on the street. Student car line/pick up for dismissal begins at 3pm. In order to avoid getting caught in that line, please arrive before 3 or park on the street.
Arrival instructions:
● Please enter through the Administration Building and sign in at the Front Desk.
Please have your driver's license available to scan into our Visitor Management
system. After your first visit, a sign in pass will be available to make sign in more efficient.
● An A3 Staff Member will escort you to your assigned teaching space on the first day of your class.
● Classes begin at 3:30, please arrive in the appropriate amount of time to prepare for your class.
● If you are running late, please contact the Director of Auxiliary Programs via text or email. 719.482.4254 or sreiter@bouldercountryday.org
Departure instructions:
After your class please sign out through the Raptor System in the lobby of the Administration building
Student Check In/Out of your Class:
● An A3 Staff Member will bring your class to you at the designated start time..
They will leave you with a daily roster that shows who is in attendance and an Emergency Medical Sheet that will detail any student with a severe allergy or other pertinent medical information.
● At the end of your class, please bring your students and your clipboard to the Commons Building. BCD will be responsible for signing students out to their guardians.
Classroom/Space Usage Standards:
● A3 Enrichment courses are borrowing spaces from teachers and utilizing common spaces needed by our entire community. Please be mindful of the following guidelines so that we may continue to use these spaces.
○ You are welcome to move desks and chairs in order to create the best learning environment for your class; please leave the space exactly as you found it.
○ Please erase white boards
○ Avoid using tape on any floors on campus. If tape is necessary it must be painters tape and must be removed at the end of each class. Please contact Sharon Reiter if you need painters tape or alternate solution.
Behavioral Issues:
● Please report major behavioral issues to Sharon Reiter . Sharon will observe and an intervention will be made based on that observation.
● See below for what parents receive on student behavior:
○ “The behavior of all participants must comply with the expectations of
Boulder Country Day School. We reserve the right to dismiss, without refund any student who does not meet those expectations.”

Classes may take place in our MS Kitchen space - tiled classroom sized room with access to an equal sized deck area, We also have access to our library, classrooms and the playing field.
