Experience the joy of gentle movement and mindful relaxation as children dive into the world of stretching! This engaging series invites kids to discover the magic of flexibility and the wonders of deep breathing. Through playful exercises, students will develop a greater awareness of their bodies, enhancing daily functionality and embracing the art of relaxation. They'll explore how stretching can be a superpower for reducing stress and managing moods, promoting a sense of calm and balance. 🌟 With every soothing breath and stretch, they're tapping into a lifelong journey of self-care and well-being. 🌈

Parking Instructions

The instructor may park in our lot between the main school building and the gym. Any space is fine as long as it is not marked “Children’s Council.”

Arrival Instructions

Please use the front main door upon arrival; you will need to be buzzed in. From there, go directly outside to the green benches, where Jessica and the students will be.

Departure Instructions

At the end of the enrichment class, the instructor should bring students back to the playground and do a direct handoff to Jessica, who will already be supervising the rest of the children during free play.
