The class went very well! Engagement and interaction with this group seems to be best to getting active listening and participation. The kids enjoyed the story they read and remained engaged in their other activity. Classroom management was far improved from the last week.
The students had a story time on the mat, and then created a sea animal booklet, coloring the sheet cutting and folding.

This week, the kids less willing to sit and listen and had trouble focusing on activities. Interaction seems to be best at keeping engagement, but when itβs someone elseβs turn, thereβs some trouble maintaining interest.
The kids engaged in an activity identifying beach habitat animals, and an interactive story time.
