Class went well for me as the teacher, I do think that maybe the material was a little advanced and would probably stick to one or two body parts next time.
We learned about our bodies, the bones, and the circulatory system. We got to hear our heartbeat, draw pictures of our own body, and our hearts. We used two books to help guide us.

Class went well for me today as the instructor.
We learned about the scientific method today. So I came in we just went over with the scientific method was. We talked about asking a question, making a prediction coming up with what our hypothesis was going to be? And then our experiment was if our crayon was going to sink or float. So everybody guessed we had a little worksheet that we filled out before hand. We got to color and do some Play. And then we use our experiment using water. A little piece of crayon and cups. So we did some science experiments and they got to figure out if their prediction if it would sink or float was correct. We got done about 10 minutes early. So at the end, we use some magnets and classroom and just figured out what things were magnetic. Just so we stayed on like a stem play. Kind of Theme. But it was a really good class today. They seem to like the experiments so far, and there wasn't a big mess or anything, with the water. So everything worked out really well.

It went really well! The students are starting to get into the flow of the lessons, less disruptions today!
We learned about clouds today, we read two different books learning about the various types/weather. Then we created our own storm clouds together using cotton balls, clear containers, and string lights

Class went really well for me! I really enjoyed getting to meet the students and work on our activity.
Today the students and I learned about fossils. We discussed what they already knew about dinosaurs and what they were curious about. We did an activity where they used sand to cover their own fossils & rocks to dig out. We went over body fossils vs trace fossils, they made impressions in their sand using their fossil figurines. We included a mind body check in, some deep breathing and cleaned up together to close out.
