It could have gone better. I need to learn methods to keep little kids attentive. It what they are doing is too hard, they get bored easily.

We made balloon sculptures of lunar new year firehorse today. The class was harder than I anticipated it would be.

The class went well. It was the first class so I got to know the students a bit better. Some of them were already familiar with some of the class material. So I had to adopt the lesson to introduce more complex shapes and to appropriately complement their knowledge and ability.

Greeted students. It was nice meeting reverent Macias and class parent Jing Sun to understand the logistics and get accustomed to the classroom, resources, safety and bathroom procedures. The students were very sweet and cooperative and hope that had some good thoughts and learning experiences to take home from today's class.
