It was the last crop of a wonderful week, we finished our gardening journals and made spring rolls and mint lemonade, for the lemonade we pulled up the hardin's goal and planted a new one and inside the spring rolls we put the same vegetables that we had planted during the week.

It was a very entertaining and different class, the activities were carried out despite the weather being very cold.

We went out for a walk and to see the native species of the region, we made a report.

It was a little frustrating that the activities couldn't be done because of the rain. We didn't even go out for lunch, which made the girls feel a little stressed from being in the same classroom for so many hours. But in the end, we did some really nice and fun activities.

Today we did two activities, the first we decorated a pot to plant but the weather did not allow us to go out to the garden, it was raining all day and we could not do the activities we had planned, as part of plan B we made a bird feeder

The children were very happy and even some teachers approached us to ask for the recipe. The children explained not only the recipe but also why this bread is different and healthy. That was wonderful.

We made a sandwich bread with oat flour. The class was a success.

It was a challenge, since attendance was low because the school had an activity, but even so, the class ended just as planned.

This class is a huge challenge for me, so it's the class I prepare the most for. Today was a little frustrating since the students change each class and nobody knew where my work material was, which I brought to school, which made it a little difficult to start working. But then somebody was able to find it and we did an excellent job.

The class was good, I arrived early which made us start a little earlier and we finished 10 minutes earlier, but it was a moment to talk and for them to tell me what they wanted to cook in the next classes.

We had an extraordinary class, we made fruit crepes with Greek yogurt as a topping, it was fun and today especially the children were organized and focused on their work.
