Final week for some participants, and a few new participants started Fabric Bowls and their Plush Bears. Final week Fish Patch design using pointillism. Upcycling tote bags.

New participants joined others in making pillows l,totes and learning to whip stitch and running stitch. The new younger participants began the pillow project using burlap and yarn. Those who weren't finished completed today. The last group worked on upcyced projects.

Went well great engagement

First group of participants are working on making aprons and pillows and handbags. The second group new younger participants are doing the pillow project with burlap and yarn learning whip and running stitch. Last group upcyling projects. I received a donation of totes from a printer who made errors..so participants are upcyling painting and learn about sewing on applique sunsets and silhouette project.

It went well today those who participated were engaged. The set up and prep is working well

Friday participants continued weaving project and completed totes. 2nd group finished the pillow project and today Monday new participants learned to hand sew using the running stitch with yarn on burlap. Those who were finished with the pillow began this weeks project Bookmarkers and flowers sewing buttons on felt The last group is making personal projects they select purse, art and textile jewelry.

Class was ok. There was a challenge with the new group of younger participants being a little impatient with the instruction but once it was understood they did very well.

Today participants continued work that they started this week. 1st group continued with their weaving and wall tapestry. The 2nd group continued their pillow design learning to whip stitch. The last group continued with their upcycled projects totes and pillow designs

Went well still having a challenge with the sewing machine not operating correctly, but handstiching was done instead

Group one participants made cloth necklaces and some finished up their weaving coaster. 2nd group finished up with their finger puppets using whip stitching. Some who finished and started their pillow design with their name initials learning running stitching using burlap and yarn. Last group made totes and pillow bags.
