It went well. Good interaction and engagement.

Today I introduced myself, did a show and tell of items I made using fabric. I started with 5 students each group. The Theme of Who AM I? Students created a design template answering questions, favorite color?, favorite accessories? Favorite shoes? Do you like pattern no pattern? Younger participants selected a fabric swatch for background. Using a stencil of a person they traced on paper for a Pattern, and cut them out. Each participant selected other fabric pieces to design their clothing. They learned how to create clothing using shapes. The last group did the same design template, but they will be upcycling T-Shirts to design a theme of who am I? Applique lesson
