It was hard getting the kids to listen. It was still fun to see them so passionate about things though. they start to listen more when they’re actually engaged so i’m gonna try and play into that next time.

The class went well! The kids loved the tacos and were even asking for more. Something i did notice though was that there were some kids that didn’t like or couldn’t eat beef because of religious or personal reasons. So I was thinking for next time bringing some extra snacks, something cheap and small. I asked some kids what snacks they wanted because a lot of kids said they were still hungry. I also want to incorporate some more activities and games because all i we did was make the food and eat and they colored after. We still had a lot of time afterwards too. The kids also had a pretty difficult time listening so i’m thinking of implementation some prizes if they behave till the end of class.
