Whimsical Halloween Creations!

San Francisco Day School

The class went very well! The students were very excited and they were very well behaved. Clean up went smoothly as well.

Today my students and I used finger painting to create ghosts, spiders and other Halloween creatures! After using our finger paint to make handprint creatures, we used our thumbs to give them smaller friends, like cats and pumpkins. Then the students used markers and googley eyes to decorate their creatures. Finally they signed their names and the current date on their pieces. We talked about all of their favorite parts of Halloween while we painted and then when we were finished I brought them back to the AEP room and checked them out!
