Born and raised in Taiwan, she graduated from UC Davis with a major in microbiology. Joanna has a rich teaching background in Mandarin, English, science, and math, sharing her love for learning with students of all ages. She is particularly adept at creating engaging online experiences and finds joy in witnessing her students' growth. In her free time, Joanna channels her creativity into cooking and dancing, having led dance workshops during college. She looks forward to sparking a love of Mandarin in her students.
