Teacher. I think it was a well-balanced. Our, I feel like some of the previous classes, maybe I planned a little too much for the time also got, you know, kind of messy with with paste and cut and pasting. So I think for the time amount, the drawing with color sprinkling of glitter, cutting things, anything that needed to be cut with an exact stuff. Exacto knife. I obviously was in charge of they the kids call it my special tool that I keep in my front pocket but um anyway some of them wanted a circle shape or a certain size so I was in charge of that and think as a teacher, I was able to move around the class and help each student well-balanced timeline. As far as that goes. Yeah. And I was able to To thank the school and say, I hope I return to that school. This stuff there is awesome, everybody's super cool, and has been really supportive and appreciative of our class. Okay. Thanks, and I hope to do another one.
Hi, this is Jason. I just wrapped up the final session of the color pop art series. The kids, the five girls that were great. I gave them a little awards for exceeding excellence and then I wrote outstanding impressions for each of them, super organized, independent worker, I'm Lee artistic and creative clever. Very clever. So talented, Etc. And then I said that they can award themselves with a canvas canvas paper. So we planned out our drawing, simple drawings, colored in with highlighter, and I said that they can sew them. It's kind of a crossover with the patch class that I did, but with color pops color. Sorry. Pop colors. And yeah, I said that their mom or dad can help them attach it to article of clothing if they want or one of the kids almost, like, do I have to put it? I was like, no, absolutely. Do not have to put it on clothing and then I was in charge of the spray fixative and then we sprinkled some gold glitter on it. So I have some photos of that and it was really good class. I'll miss those kids, they were, they were great. Super energetic. And yeah, they thank me for letting them act. Crazy unquote. Okay, bye.

Has a t-shirt today of a super energetic class of five, you know, ten being the loudest. Most energetic class today was the more of a 12 or 13, which was fun and fine. But yeah, it was particularly energetic today. Additionally, a student at one point was saying that they're not good at Art, nothing, they do is good. And this is this. Student. I was mentioning wanted to make hot chocolate and then I showed them how good their snow scene was coming out and then we worked on a penguin and we came up with some other ideas. A lot of them responded, responded to colors and how they work for a Sunset and making that gradation through different layers of color from The Horizon to higher in the sky. And then as well. As how you could use blue for grass, you know, you can start with light green, in the foreground medium, green, in the Middle Ground dark. You can go even to a blue in the background, but it'll still read is grass. Even if you pulled those colors out and described them as you know seafoam green kelly green and royal blue. Yeah, it's fun. I guess the only the only As a teacher was, and it's happened before in this class and some school. Students. Just they want little more reassurance. They step away from the table and then invite them back. Tell them how good a job they're doing. If for some reason, my first message didn't go through because I did question, one twice happy to talk about that one.
I think I'm coming back to the same question again but I do remember how these go how was I prepared as a teacher? First I want to follow up with this was class 1 of 2. So I asked the girls if they wanted to continue to work on these shadow boxes next week and they did I'm probably going to try and find Clays. They can make like little animals to put in their scenes and I'll probably grab some more boxes to in case anybody. Don't start start over. I have a feeling some of them just may want to do that.

Hi. This is Jason just walking out of the color pop art Series. Today was class one of two working on Shadow Boxes. Small dioramas with construction paper. I started by asking the girls maybe if they wanted to maybe pick a season and start with the season and then based on whatever color that was, how to add complementary colors to it. I have some photo examples of that a lot of cutting. Ting and gluing some kids, got one kid, got really creative and wanted to make a salad, you know, because it was in this like I found these, I got like these to go boxes that were like the perfect size so they got inspired by that but it was Q, they cut-up paper made a spring salad. Nobody did fall surprisingly. But guess that's besides the point and another girl wanted to do winter and then she's like, I want to do hot chocolate. And box. And anyway, it was a good time. Again, class flew by

Hi, answering the next question. How did class go for me as a teacher as I kind of touched on? They're very energetic Lively group of young girls and they you know, they they like to draw on me with markers and stuff. So it's kind of like it's a mix between having fun and also you know, reminding them the rules. Of the classroom respecting the teacher Etc. I mean, nothing's really bad. Ever is just, you know, they like to have fun in that way and it is a good time. It is fun. But again I have to sometimes say okay that's enough drawing on the teacher. Okay, thanks, bye.
Hi, this is mr. Jason trying, the audio recap of my color art series with first and second graders at s.f. Day School on Golden Gate Avenue today. They've been doing pixel art a lot and really enjoying that before the spring break happened, I brought in construction paper as I proposed in my class, you know, my plans for this class and they really just wanted to continue with the pixel art, but they were open to trying the construction paper building complementary colors Etc, next week and then finishing with shadow boxes, which I explained I could bring in the, the shadow boxes and we could build scenes with Their favorite color and then talked about the complementary color, that could be used in the scene. Yeah, it's our always goes by really fast, they're very energetic. Small group only 5 students today, so they have a good time and they're creative. And yeah, it's just keeping them occupied and trying to keep them at the table as a group. But yeah, always. Always a good time. So that's my recap. I hope this audio submission Works. Have a great week. Thanks.

Yes, I'm sure. You know, it's about 80 degrees today. So everybody was very vibrant, very vibrant class today. They're very engaged at the table more. So than previous classes, I feel like somewhere around the 45-minute Mark they like to get up and kind of run around and sing they were into telling jokes today. Day. Which was fun at one point one of the students was like can I tell an inappropriate joke? I was like absolutely not will tell fun nice jokes but we certainly don't like or want to tell anything inappropriate. That's no good. That's no fun, that's no good. But yet they're, you know, sweet kids. We had a fun class, you know, their particular different personalities. Stand out. Each time and it's always a good time.
Hi, this is Jason, just doing my recap on what we worked on today. In the color, pop art series, the students, all the girls, they wanted to do the pixel art again and I kind of pushed towards the cardboard cutouts and creating kind of a diorama. They came up with the idea of doing, like a bedroom or like a setup, and I'm brought colourful papers that were different. Turns kind of textile papers. So they were cutting that out with the safe scissors provided in the art room and yeah, it went really well. I have a photo of a really cute one, one of the students Maddie made, but everybody kind of made something similar. And we're going to do more color complementary color diorama next week and I figured The final class I'll bring the shadow boxes like a boxes for them to decorate.
