Michael grew up in the Midwest and has a rich background in teaching outdoor environmental education in Chicago. After moving to California, he honed his expertise in educational programming and volunteer stewardship while working with the National Park Service. Michael thrives on instilling curiosity and energy in his students, encouraging them to embrace the wonders of the natural world. Whether leading a hands-on science project or facilitating a group discussion, he brings an infectious enthusiasm to every lesson. Michael's warmth and passion make learning an adventure, helping kids connect with both nature and each other in meaningful ways.
