They got to eat all their food, have a little bit extra and yeah, take a class went really well.

Today in class is students, made cheesy breadsticks. So we started off by washing their hands and then I laid out the dough for them and then we added all the toppings, the oven was already preheated. So I put the up and we put the bread sticks inside the oven, and then this recipe, particularly, since about 10 minutes to cook. So we only waited at about 10 minutes and then it was a smaller class today so we did have extra time so we played a few games and yeah.

We did the filling with cinnamon and sugar and apple and then I helped them roll them up. They just because they needed a little bit more help and then we play some of the pan and then, the other was already preheated because I started it before class and we put them in and then we played some games while we waited for the croissant. it's to bake and then we let it cool down and then by time it was cool down about 10 minutes before class, they were able to start eating them before class ended

This calls for me went really well. It's, it's nice to have the first class. It's already know the do's and don'ts after trying, but luckily, both classes went fine. I did the same thing in both classes. Yeah, the boat. This class went really well. It's an older. It's the older class so they're they're really good at following directions. The first class is really good at following directions to, but this class is even more smooth because again, they're older. So they they're quicker with things. So we did great on time management and yeah, I really enjoyed it.

Today in this class, we did pretty much what we did in the first class. They wash their hands and they gave them their do their older. So they were, they were able to do more a few more things by themselves, such as spreading, the sugar, and spreading the sugar and cinnamon mix. They did they were able all to roll up their croissants by themselves and then the oven was nice and hot. Ready since we did the first class and yeah, they cooked and then they really enjoyed it as well.

And then I we I gave him melted butter butter. And then they spread it on their spread, it on their croissant themselves and then I gave him the mix for the cinnamon and sugar. And then we put that on and then after that, I placed there already cut in saved apple on their thing. Oh, and then they rolled it up themselves to themselves who need help, but some of them were able to do it by themselves. And then we place them in the pan in the oven was already on. Today for me, I think class the teacher went really well today. It was really smooth because already did the same process with the first set. Excited kids, I know exactly what I was doing, what I was going into and it was a smaller group and they're older. So overall it's just a lot more. Calm and smooth are class. We had we are great on time, and yeah, it turned out really well. I didn't. They enjoyed it.

Today. This group Made cheese enchiladas as well. So they came in pretty much the same words, we I gave them their warmth of tortillas. They, I get in the cheese or World up there there. Enchiladas, this time, since their older group, at them, open up their can of red sauce. And then we put the red sauce in the pan, we laid there, to enchiladas out Red Sox on top cheese on top of Ben, was already on. From the last class, we put them in, we came back and we cleaned up, and then we waited on the enchiladas to read only played some games. And then we went back, we checked on them and then once we're finished we actually there a little bit faster than the first group. So they actually had time to cool down and for them to eat it right there in class and then I sent the bike to class.
