Class today for me as a teacher went really well. Everything went really smooth, it was very minimal, clean up very minimal mess. All the students really enjoyed their mail today and yeah, it was it was really smooth great on time management and yeah,
Today in class we made cheese, they made cheese enchiladas, so maybe because they washed their hands of usual, then I already preheated the oven and the tortillas little bit. So they were warm. And then I gave them their tortillas and the cheese and I rolled them up. And then I put sauce in the aluminum pans that I got and I bought sauce in them. And then we put all their rolled up into a lot is in there. Then we put sauce on top to you on top and We put it in the oven and then we let them cook for about 20-25 minutes. And then once they were done, they ate them. And then we cleaned up.

This class for me with went really well today, I like having two classes. That way I can see how the, like, how it goes with the first class and if there's anything I need to change or tweak, or if there's any like thing that can be improved, I can quickly fix it. But luckily today was fine with both classes. And yeah, I like I like having another older class after as well, because they're just more calm and it's a smaller group of As well. So it just very calm and and very fun and all is pretty easy.
Today in class, we did the same thing that I did with my first class, which was the pancake muffins. We did the same routine, basically, they wash their hands, then we got straight to making the batter putting the cupcake holders in the pan and then they put their toppings in for this class. So for my first class, it's kindergarten first grade. And then for the second classes, third through fifth grade. So they're a little older, so I let them do a little bit more Hands-On stuff like, Pouring the water and things like that, then they let their things cook. And then, yeah, then I eat them and then we cleaned up after after both classes.

Today's class for me. I feel like it was pretty easy. They're all pretty, they're all really well-behaved and they all get along really well. So we were able to have some laughs and they really enjoy today's activity and it didn't take that long. So we had we don't have to rush and yeah.
Today in class, the student made pancakes muffins. So they started with washing their hands and then we made the batter, and after they make the batter, we they got you choose between chocolate chips and strawberries. And then when they got to add those into their batter, they got to put the cupcake holders in the cupcake pans. The oven was already preheated. So, so, once all the cupcakes, all the, the batter was in the cupcake holders and the pans, and they were putting their after, they put the toppings, and we walk to the, where the oven was and we put it in and then when they were done, they let them cool down and then they ate them.

I feel like class today for me went really well. The teachers were super supportive and helpful. The kids were great. They we had no issues with behaving or anything like that. They were they were all super super sweet super excited. They all enjoyed their their their their what they made a lot and I think it would I think it went really well.
So today in class we made chocolate fruit pizzas. So I had two classes at the same school today, which is my first time doing it, but it went pretty smooth. I took the first set of kids to the classroom, they washed their hands and we got straight into that activity. I gave them their bread. First they cut out circles out of them than I gave him a fruit with your strawberries and kiwi and then the School provided little cutout cutting, mats like cutting tray things. So they got to cut their fruit on that. And then they, I gave them their Nutella and then they were able to spread their Nutella and put their fruit on top to make the pizzas. And then, once there, once they were done before they ate, we cleaned up, and then they were able to eat, and then I drop them back off. And then I picked up the next group of kids. And we did the same exact day. They wash their hands. Oh, and the beginning of each class, I Got to know them and ask them for their name. I ask them what their favorite thing to eat was and I asked them what their favorite thing to do was so I got to know them a little bit more and know what to good ideas for what to have them make. So I can hopefully make they can hopefully make stuff that they actually want to eat and I was able to get to know them a little bit more and yeah.

Class today for me as a teacher went pretty well. Pretty routine. There were loud, they were chatty but they always are 25 of them. Sorry. Don't mind, plus, it's holiday time. I was giving them treats basically because it was brownies and it was a fun class. I feel like it was fun like they were talking if they were making fun of like the different brownies and all the things that can make and everybody got their brownie done, and everybody got to decorate and yeah, it was a good. It was a good last class. Of the year.
Today, the class made Christmas Christmas brownies. So they started off by washing their hands and then they came back and we made the mix for the brownies and then put them in. I preheated the oven before the class started and then after we make the mix, we put the brownies, the oven we came back and we made our different color frosting since I had food coloring and regular white cream. Cheese frosting. We added to everyone. A red blue green. They're yellow. They got to get those mixes in that way. They'll be done with time. The brothers were out and we took the brownies out, put it in the refrigerator for a little bit deaf. It could have been left in longer but we're running out of time but not too bad on timing, then we got to bring it back and then I cut it up, gave them each a piece and they got to decorate their brownies, however they wanted and eat them.

I think today class went good there, wasn't any issues or anything like that. The kitchen is kind of small so I think they got a little antsy just being in there and waiting for the pieces to be done, but overall it was a good class and I think they really enjoyed it.
Today, the students made pizza. So, we started the class off with them washing their hands as he do every class. And then we went to the kitchen. We spent a majority of our time in the kitchen today, because I knew that each pizza was going to have to go and maybe three at a time. So, I didn't want his moving back and forth from the classroom to the kitchen. So, we actually started making our pizzas in the kitchen. They each had a play with their names on it, and then I gave them each a tortilla first and then I gave him the sauce and then cheese and then I got Turkey pepperoni just in case from the one pepperoni, which majority of them did and then we put them in the oven about three other time. And then once they were done, while they cooled off, they drew their pizzas and the ingredients that they use, and then at the end of the class, we talked about which one was their favorite food that they made and the whole series.

I think for me class today went pretty well, everybody was listening pretty good and we timing was pretty good. We were cutting it pretty close, but we weren't rushing, but they finished basically just on time and they were able to eat the cookies. They really enjoyed it and click on Clean up. Wasn't that hard today at all? Really, so everything went pretty well.
Today in class they came in and they wash their hands that they do before every class. And then today, we are making cookies. So they first a preheated, the oven. And then while the ovens were preached was preheating, they got to shape their cookie dough into, we did Halloween themed, so they made cats and bats and pumpkins, and witches, hats and things like that. And then by time, We're done with that. The oven was done, preheating, then they went to put them in the oven. Then while they're cookies were cooking, they drew, what they made the greetings to used and then by the time they were done with that, their cookies were done and those who have leftover cookie dough were able to make a second cookie.

I think class today went really well, we were able to finish everything on time. We're able to clean up. I did have to keep telling one student to give him a lot of reminders, but it's kind of been the same since beginning. So it wasn't anything, I haven't really gone used to and yet, so or have a governor used to by now. So it was, it was nice. We we finished everything on time. They enjoyed it and they liked what they made.
Today in class of me and my students made chips and guacamole they came in and they made their guacamole. Then we were in the kitchen and I fried up some chips and then they drew up what they made the ingredients that they use and then they were able to eat it.

This class for me or the teacher and went, okay, it wasn't terrible. It was the class itself was a little Rowdy, there's probably one student who was did pretty well listening but the rest of them they they were, they were Pre-K soil. They like to run around and pick up stuff and things like that. Nothing I've ever experienced before. But it was a it was a big difference from the first class because they were all it was like four of them and they just sat down very quietly and follow directions, very well. And then the second class, Like about eight of them and more than half of them were pretty, had were very energetic, but it wasn't. It wasn't, it wasn't too bad. I was still able to get through everything we still even had extra time at the end to play to play games and read and stuff. So I think the class went pretty good. Pretty okay. Overall
For the second class, we did parfaits as well. Pretty much the same routine as a first session. I have them come in and this time, I pick them up after dropping off the first group of kids off, then they wash their hands and they sat down. I was a little bigger class, those two different tables instead of one, and then we just went through stuff. They got their cups, I gave them yogurt first, their strawberries and granola, then spoon in there. I ate it and they really enjoyed it as well. We even played some games at the end when they were eating, since we had a little extra time.

I think for this class as a teacher, I think it went pretty well. The school was very helpful. They provided me with spoons cuz I need a more spoon. So that that one. Well, I had every everything else I needed with me. I had enough for all the students class wasn't too crazy. They listen pretty well. So this first class, so everything went pretty smoothly and the kids enjoyed their parfaits.
Today in class, we made parfait. So for my first class, I have the students were dropped off to me. I had them, sit down, they wash their hands and I gave them their cups, that are really fun to have a little animals on them, and we did each step. And then yeah, then they ate their parfaits before I send them back to recess.
