I think the class went well for me today as a teacher. I was a little nervous because I knew we were going to go into the kitchen for the first time. All together, weathers, you know, things that can hurt them or things like that. But and I have one that likes to roam a little bit and likes to run around and touch things. So that did make me a little nervous. But we had a talk at the whole class had talked before going in and they actually did. Pretty well in the kitchen. They were, they didn't do anything crazy. Except for a little bit of moving around, nothing went horrible. And they all behaved really well, so that our all turned out really good for me.
Today the students make quesadillas in beans. They worked on their teamwork when I had them assist each other and preparing their quesadillas with the tortillas and cheese and then we all moved to the kitchen where we made the quesadillas and they flip them and they Stir It, their beans to their liking and then we continued back inside the classroom where they drew, what they made, and wrote down the ingredients that they use. What I? That's why I've been having them do so far. So hopefully at the end, we can have a cookbook made.

I think class went really well today for me as a teacher. I was a little nervous going into a new area, but the school itself was very great. Everybody here was very welcoming and very positive. If you feel comfortable with the class Space is really nice. They let me use the kitchen area which is also very nice even not in use much today but it was nice to know that it was there and everybody which is very helpful and
So today I started the class by just getting to know each one of them. Ask them what their favorite food was. And what the favorite thing is to do, there was about six is on there was eight of them on my roster but six of them were there and we made a fruit platter fruit salad. So we have strong, we have grapes, bananas and oranges. And I just showed them how to cut peel and wash their fruit. Shoot and they were able to make anything they want out of them. And then after they drew what they made and the ingredients that they used to make it that way, they can take that home with them. And yeah, they I'm excited to continue classes with them and now that I know is that whoever they are will. Lovely can do and how well they do in class. I'm excited to try out different things with them.
