About Ilyse

Ilyse Wassermann brings a wealth of experience to the classroom with her diverse background in nutrition, culinary arts, and movement. Holding a Master's degree in Nutrition, she has practiced in the field for 25 years and has worked as both a private chef and caterer. As a dedicated Pilates instructor, Ilyse has a passion for promoting health and wellbeing. Her enthusiasm for cooking, dancing, and exploring nature complements her teaching. Ilyse is deeply committed to engaging students in the joys of healthy cooking and movement, creating a dynamic and nurturing learning environment.

Really well considering the class size!

All went well. It is a very large group!! It’s difficult with this many kids especially when they are this young. Just the noise level etc when moving from one tasj to the next. A class this size should be divided into two classes of 15
