Really well considering the class size!

All went well. It is a very large group!! It’s difficult with this many kids especially when they are this young. Just the noise level etc when moving from one tasj to the next. A class this size should be divided into two classes of 15

Class went great. Kids were surprised to see Cans of coconut cre turn both into chocolate mousse and vanilla whipped cream. Both vegan. They loved it!!

I found out in class there was a child with a gluten allergy which I was not told about. Please confirm? Leo? I has to immediately pivot and with tortilla chips and all the fixing we made pizza nachos as an app while pizza cooked and Leo shared with all his friends and did not feel left out!

The plan was homemade pizza!! Individually crafted with sauce, cheese and veggies. Kids made and ate themselves and loved!!

Yummy healthy and took up most of class with eating!!
