Class today from, he went great. As I've said, the kids, I'm getting to know them better. And so, I feel like we're starting to build relationships and that's just really awesome. Yeah. Just understanding them better. And be able to talk and have, you know, really good. Conversations with five and six-year-olds but it's awesome. You know, there always Just yeah, can underestimate these ones and yeah it was a great time.

Classmate great today at first, you know, chaotic a whole these kids running around. But we got a really good hold on them. And then I think we're starting to build that relationship that trust that respect still keeping it fun but I'm becoming more confident in talking to them and today they were you know, rambunctious but receptive it was great. It was also nice to know as the kids would go home. The group would dwindle and then I could actually kind of have some one-on-one time. Time to get to know a couple of them a little better. So I feel like I'm building pretty cool relationships with the kids and I feel like they had a great time. Like they were super interactive and into what we're doing and it was awesome.

Cross was okay for me. I should have probably brought different stuff as well besides just the physical activities but it was still fun. They were just very hyper which is fine, of course. I, Need to get better at controlling them. It's a little bit tricky when there's so many and they're so small, but I'm definitely getting the hang of it as I go. So I'm looking forward to expanding that skill for sure. Talking with Jessica was really cool as well. I think together doing the full after school program is going to be a bit different and really good experience.

Today we as a class for doing some activities that I learned growing up in Hawaii, we were doing some Maca, he key games. It was pretty fun. Again, the kids were really Rowdy and mostly wanted to play outside, but we were able to do some cool stuff and then they kind of were playing freely. But it was fun. We did that activity.

Class went well for me. Yeah, it's just about being quick on your feet. And Down to shift gears. If you need to, I was a little bit low energy today just but I think everyone was super, you know, down to work with me. And I had a really good time. And luckily, all the kids were, yeah, interested in the craft that was for a little while and also made me yeah. Feel a bit more energized just with their abundance. Lots of energy. So that was really, really good time. A great time. Yep.

Today for my class. I had all the kids sculpting little figures with Clay. I brought a bunch of like kid-friendly crafting clay to class and a whole bunch of different colors and everyone else seemed pretty excited. We did that for, I had them for attention for about like half an hour. I would say and then things started getting a little chaotic they wanted to run around but I did manage to keep their attention for like I don't know I would say good 45 minutes of the hour and then I was kind of started doing a cleanup routine and that was that it went really smoothly. The kids were again, really wanting to be outside and play at a certain point just with coming out of school. I think, you know, they get really Rowdy but they were all super interested for it and it worked out nicely. I would say look at Tom and I think the kids did too. Yep.

The music teacher. It was definitely a learning experience. I had a great time. I think it was yeah, a lot more energy than I guess I was necessarily expecting but I was also expecting nothing. You know what I mean. He's gonna have to be ready for whatever. And so for me, I had a great time, the kids really fun really crazed and Rowdy, but it was like a really, you know, good time. And yeah, I'm really. Excited to go back.

My experience today was pretty awesome. I would say the kids were not in the head space to do the activity that I had planned which was a bit more quiet and drawing based they went to their were feeling very rambunctious worked up and they wanted to go outside which a bunch of them did but half of them were stuck with me. But I think we pivoted well and were able to yeah, entertain them and have A lot of them did participate in the activity and then the ones who didn't want to, I just was working with them to kind of try to keep them occupied. It was very insightful to like what kind of activities I should be doing and how to, you know, think on your feet and work with that. I think for my next opportunity at the school I'm going to be doing a drastically different sort of approach going to be doing something a lot more movement, based a lot more active and just Stimulating, both, mentally and physically and we're going to see how I can adapt to that. But I would say, overall it went great. The kids were really fun, I definitely was not. Yeah. Like it's just been a while since I've had to deal with that. Many kids were all wild and ready to move around. So I'm really excited for the next opportunity and to kind of yeah, try something new and see how that works out and carry on the The staff members were absolutely super welcoming and fantastic to be around. So I was very grateful for. That was a little chaotic, but I think we did it and we managed very well and it was really fun.
