Really smooth. Not complaining again. Yeah. Just stay a little later hung out with the kids, a little more to keep him company, and yeah, I'm good.

Today was good, it was pretty much the usual. There was a meeting parents and the teachers and the principal. So I ended up staying a little bit later. Just you know make sure some of the kids are entertained and had someone watching them which is good. Yeah, it was cool.

1:01 really well for me. Today, I did have to talk to a couple kids specifically, mostly just one. He was being all or rambunctious getting a little crazy. I'm not listening but it's all good. I connected with the parent afterwards to just ensure a ongoing, you know, like double-sided kind of helping each other both out. Like, you know, if she tells him to listen, then he'll probably listen to me better and then I'll go smoothly. A just good communication there. So and I also was able to talk to the kid and sit him down and like, hopefully make him kind of understand why he was in trouble. But yeah, just, you know, still navigating that and I think doing a pretty good job. It's always good to connect with the parents anyway and yep. So today went really good. I would say that was the successfully intervening with a rambunctious little child's. It was great. Great good times. So yeah, went really well.

Plus one greats a day when outside hanging out drawing the usual. It was a good time.

Today was good for me. Just a little bit more energy spent, but that's alright. Yeah, it was a good time.

Today was a little bit more Rowdy. There was a fuller house today, a couple more students showed up. And so it was like over 20 kids and I realized like when it gets to be that many kids in the room, it is definitely higher energy just like you know obviously so it makes it a little bit more of a challenge for Jessica and I are a little bit more of a, I don't know, a stimulating experience, super energetic. Metic these kids today, you know, and so there was a little bit of discipline that had to be done when we were inside. Once we got outside super chill. Yeah, doing well.

Today was pretty good for me. It's just hanging out with all the kids, you know? It's just how my little spot that I said. I like once we go outside and then I'm drawn whatever they come up to me, we talk we hang out or besties it's going. Lovely. It's gone. Great. I like all of the kids even the rambunctious ones, maybe especially those ones. Yeah. Just you know it's just been really great getting to know everyone and seeing all the different ways that we can. Can connect the different Dynamics and you know, just how to go about communicating with these little humans super fun.

Today went really good almost everyone was doing their homework which is great didn't really have to get to on them and yeah able to do that minimal rowdiness. You know, always gotta have a little bit but quite easy these days. I just feel like coming back from the break. All the kids are like we just know each other now. So yeah, they understand the how it works and they respect us is a little more than they did it first, so it's going good. Yeah.

Today went really good for me. Yeah, I feel like I'm pretty strong relationships with the kids went out and they listen and we all hang out, and it's really fun. I just wanted to take a moment to say I'm sorry for not sending in my weekly Reflections last week or yesterday, I've been trying to, but my phone is super broken and sometimes it won't let me press the buttons or even record anything. So I was just going to get a little bit. Frustrated and I stopped doing it last week. Sorry about that. I'm gonna try to stay, um, you know, consistent doing it in every day. I've just been so frustrated with my phone situation. It's super broken. The like screen is like falling off of it in chunks but I'm gonna get a new phone within the month so it won't be a problem anymore. Especially for the upcoming semester but I just wanted to let you guys know Know that I'm just having a bit of technological problems on my ends and like I do have full intention to be updating you guys. I just have been struggling with the at my phone being super broken so trying to get that remedied so I can be more consistent with it but yeah just wanted to give you some clarity on that and hope he can be, you know, understanding, accommodate mean, just for the next like week or so and then I should resolve it, but yeah. Yep, it went great today.

Today went really good, just homework in the beginning and then outside time, and then we brought them back inside because it's really cold. So, yeah, smooth. Just playing with kids, keep in mind, entertained setting up races and whatnot. Yeah, it's really fun.

So they wanted well for me I had a great time hanging out and yeah, Happy Thanksgiving.

Today I want girl. There's a lot less kids because it's just the last two for fall break and so they were out. They had a little award ceremony and then they went home a lot of them so it was just a lot less and that was fun. We could do a little bit more you know work a little more freely because of the less less chaotic number of children so it's great and we you know, hanging out playing on the stage. When some music on they were dancing was great little tool show and we I went outside playing some volleyballs, so today was really good.

Today one. Okay, for me as a teacher, as I said, I did have to take on a very authoritarian role in terms of enforcing that they were doing, they should be in there working and it was just a little trickier today. I feel like sometimes the Wednesdays or the Tuesday's early weeks days are a little bit more energy filled with getting a lot of back talk, but I sorted them out and I made sure everyone who is Being disrespectful. Got written back to their parents. So I think and I've been doing that. I've just got a little, I got a little bit more strict today just because I wanted to make sure that everyone had their homework done before we went outside. So yeah, just having to be a bit more of a strict presence, is what I'm working on. Well, still Having of course, that grounding and kind of figure that they can look up to isn't, you know, I don't to be mean but I do have to learn how to make sure they respect my discipline and not be giving any. Room for them to to get to get a feisty. But yeah, you know today I did talk to multiple children's parents and I think that was good. I just had to get really clear with the what we're doing and what the issue is and I think it's going to start, it's going to be going even more smooth from here. So I will continue to update you on how that goes, but thank you for the feedback. I do appreciate the feedback on. What I'm doing and how I can do better. It is really helpful for Specific instruction on perhaps. Like you know just specific strategies are. There's certain things like that. Obviously, if your classroom is different, it's going to be different. But yeah, I do any feedback or any ideas that are thrown at me. Who will be? Well, welcome to greatly. I will continue to do my part and work on everything in my power, to keep this going smoothly and get all these kids whipped into shape homework done. Done having fun enrichment activities as well. We're working on it. We're figuring out beautiful schedules though. It's only good things from here.

Today, I really tried to enforce that everyone did their homework and I made a point to check, everyone's answers before they left to out to go outside and play just like as a checkpoint. You have to show me your homework. It works but It's been a challenge to get them. To be like on it and just honest with having it or making sure they bring it like, it's it's just been a challenge that we need reinforced support with. We do try to reinforce that there are doing their homework doing during that time, but it's really hard to work with kids individually and then also trying to control the crowd to be all working on homework, you know, like It's just a lot of bouncing back and forth having to adjust having to go talk to this kid and then you know, the one that you were helping with the homework is suddenly out of their chairs. Just like I am working to help the ones that are struggling the most, and I'm trying to create more boundaries and such, but in terms of them, getting the correct answers and us making sure that every answer is correct, it's not necessarily feasible. I do try to work with them and I'm going to check all their homework and just again, like I'm not going to be able to check over the answers like that. We're trying to get them to stay on track and do a good job. And it's just without the tutors there which they're only there on Monday. It's very challenging to give each student support and then, you know, each pairing them up in whatever that can work, but they distract each other. So it's really hard to stay on top of all of them and make sure they're doing the correct. Like how like, you know doing it correctly? Of course I do give my attention to the ones who need them or try to work with them extra help but again it's a challenge just even get them to stay focused. So I I'm going to keep trying today, it did go well like I was able to get more feedback on the homework in terms of like making sure Did it and I'm just gonna have to get more strict. I guess. So that's that. And yeah besides that I mean it took it went really well. It just was me having to be a bit more disciplinarian which was fine

Class went good for me. We got to use some of the crafting supplies I bought from scrap which is cool. All good stuff.

Today was good always helpful to have the tutors there. They had you know more adult presence keeps the group quieter and a little less unruly but of course it was a Monday. So they are feeling very, I don't know rambunctious but it was good day and ended. It started with some homework, everyone's doing homework and then ended it with little bit of crafting inside because it is very cold outside and yep.

Today went really good for me just hanging out with the kids, you know, it's really nice. They like a come in and they get all excited to see me this snowy. They're all yelling, so super fun. I feel like I'm just having the best time hanging out with them and now they definitely respect my authority, a lot better and they trust me and that is very clear. Just in how they their behavior has shifted And it's just so fun. It's super awesome. Had a great time today. Can't wait for the next one tomorrow. Alright.

Today was really good. I went to scrap and bought a bunch of supplies for the kids today. They chose to play with some of the clay that I had brought. Yeah, I had a whole bunch of clay. We had a little craft table, they were doing that. I also brought some stickers and some other fun stuff. So they were all Jazz and we made those stations and they were doing that. Super fun stuff. I was able to get a whole bunch of items from scrap for only like 15 bucks. So, That's definitely what I'm going to be doing. If I can get out there as much as possible, it's really good. Yeah. Resource, you know, to get these kids some supplies. So that's what I'm doing. And yeah, super chill inside time and then we all went outside and as usual as having the kids draw with me, well there was other activities like jump rope or soccer or volleyball going on as well. Super good stuff. Enjoying it every day.
